Limits for both plans
- Windows only.
- Data is saved on your own computer.
- Secret Chats are not supported: they can't be viewed or backed up.
- Content with Telegram's “Restrict saving content” turned on can't be backed up permanently. You can still view it temporarily, and it is deleted when TuckGem closes.
- Messages Telegram deleted before TuckGem saved them can't be recovered.
- Auto works while TuckGem is open and connected to Telegram.

Is it a subscription?
No. Each plan is a one-time purchase, priced in USD. There is no monthly fee.
On how many computers can I use it?
One Windows PC at a time. You can move your licence to another PC; your licence key is verified on the computer. See the Terms.
Are updates included?
Yes — one year of TuckGem updates from the purchase date.
Is there a free trial?
No, there is no free trial. You can explore the simulated demo in your browser before you buy.
Can I get a refund?
